Author Paul Greenberg and Stony Brook University ecologist and author Carl Safina talking about Greenberg's latest book, The Omega Principal . The book is an eye-opening investigation of the history, science, and business behind omega-3 fatty acids, the “miracle compound” whose story is intertwined with human health and the future of our planet. Tonight we present a session of the East Hampton Poetry Marathon recorded in August 2019 at the barn on the  East Hampton Historical Society’s Mulford Farm.
