Dava Sobel:The Glass Uniiverse

Science writer Dava Sobel talks about her latest book The Glass Universe: How the Ladies of the Harvard Observatory Took The Measure of The Universe. Ms. Sobel spoke in April 2017 at Canios Books, Sag Harbor.  She was introduced by photographer and Canios co-proprietor Kathryn Szoka. Listen here The book was published in December 2016 by Viking. Other works by Dava Sobel about the exploration of the universe include Longitude (1996) and Galileo’s Daughter (2000) both available as paperback from Penguin Putnam.
