Foodopoly: Wenonah Hauter

Today we present Wenonah Hauter talking about Foodopoly (New Press 2013)

Her book is about how U S agricultural policy has been hijacked by lobbyists, driving out independent farmers and food processors in favor of agri-business.

Ms. Hauter spoke earlier this year at Canio’s Books, Sag Harbor.  She is executive director of Food and Water Watch. Information about that organization is available at foodandwaterwatch.org.

She was introduced by the editor of Edible East End - Brian Halweil.
